Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations Launches ServiceNow App to Streamline IT Asset Disposition Management

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations has launched a new ServiceNow application designed to help enterprise organizations manage IT asset disposition (ITAD) activities directly within their existing digital workflows. The La Crosse, Wisconsin-based company said its new Dynamic ITAD Sync app integrates ITAD services into customers’ ServiceNow environments, reducing manual processes associated with asset tracking and disposition management.
Dynamic provides ITAD, data center decommissioning and electronics lifecycle management services for businesses seeking to securely manage retired technology assets. The new application allows customers to coordinate IT asset disposition activities without switching between separate systems or relying on manual data updates.
Through Dynamic ITAD Sync, organizations can schedule equipment pickups, monitor asset status throughout the recycling and processing process, access certificates of destruction and generate reporting directly through ServiceNow workflows.
“This is the latest way Dynamic is able to simplify IT asset disposition for our partners,” said Jason Klinkner, ITAD Sales Manager at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations. “By working directly in the systems our enterprise clients use, we can onboard quickly and begin supporting IT asset disposition within the workflows our customers already use, reducing manual effort for their IT teams.”
The launch reflects growing demand among enterprises for integrated IT asset management solutions as companies seek greater visibility into retired electronics, data security processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
By connecting ITAD operations with existing enterprise service management platforms, Dynamic aims to improve operational efficiency while helping organizations maintain better control over the end-of-life management of technology assets.
