Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations Opens Loudoun County Facility to Target Data Center Demand

April 28, 2026

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations has opened a new facility in Loudoun County, Virginia, expanding its presence into one of the largest data center hubs globally to support growing demand for IT asset lifecycle services.

According to company reports, the site is located in Northern Virginia’s “Data Center Alley,” a region that hosts a high concentration of hyperscale and colocation infrastructure. The new facility is intended to provide closer access to customers requiring IT asset disposition (ITAD), data center decommissioning and lifecycle management services.

The expansion reflects increasing volumes of retired IT equipment tied to rapid data center growth and shorter hardware refresh cycles. By positioning operations near major digital infrastructure clusters, the company aims to reduce turnaround times and improve logistics for clients managing large-scale equipment transitions.

Founder Miles Harter said the move was driven by proximity to key customers and partners operating in the region. President Alicia Suessmith added that the facility is designed to support complex environments where timing, compliance and operational precision are critical.

Local officials, including representatives from Loudoun County Economic Development and the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, attended the opening and highlighted the role of the investment in supporting the area’s business ecosystem.

The facility will provide services such as secure data destruction, asset remarketing and material recovery, alongside ESG-focused reporting. These capabilities are increasingly sought by operators looking to manage end-of-life IT equipment in line with regulatory requirements and sustainability targets.

Northern Virginia continues to see strong data center expansion, driving parallel demand for downstream services including equipment recycling, refurbishment and secure disposal. Companies in the ITAD sector are expanding capacity in the region to align with this growth.
