Copper Prices
Copper prices mostly rose across countries this week, except for the US, where a significant drop on June 6 led to a weekly decline.
China: Copper prices in China showed an upward trend this week, with only a minor pullback on June 5. Prices rose from 77,650 CNY/MT (June 3) to 78,930 CNY/MT (June 6), up 1,280 CNY/MT or 1.65%. Compared to the previous week (reference date: May 30), prices increased by 1.28%.
India: Copper prices in India climbed steadily earlier in the week, then dipped slightly on June 6. Prices rose from 867.85 INR/kg (June 2) to 875.8 INR/kg (June 6), an increase of 7.95 INR/kg or 0.92%. Compared to the previous week (reference date: May 30), prices increased by 1.85%.
United Kingdom: Copper prices in the UK showed some fluctuations this week. After a slight increase of 1.23% on June 5, prices edged down again. They rose from 9,616.5 USD/MT (June 2) to 9,693 USD/MT (June 6), a gain of 76.5 USD/MT or 0.80%. Compared to the previous week (reference date: May 30), prices increased by 2.05%.
United States: Copper prices in the US rose earlier in the week but fell significantly on June 6, showing a rise-then-fall pattern. Prices dropped from 4.836 USD/lb (June 2) to 4.8145 USD/lb (June 6), down 0.0215 USD/lb or 0.44%. Compared to the previous week (reference date: May 30), prices still rose significantly by 3.17%.
Aluminum Prices
Aluminum prices fluctuated within a narrow range this week. China recorded a slight increase, while the other three countries saw declines—most notably the US.

United Kingdom: Aluminum prices in the UK trended downward. After a brief rebound on June 4, prices dropped again, from 2,466 USD/MT (June 2) to 2,450.5 USD/MT (June 6), a decrease of 15.5 USD/MT or 0.63%. Compared to the previous week (reference date: May 30), prices increased slightly by 0.27%.
United States: Aluminum prices in the US rose slightly early in the week but dropped 2.27% on June 6, resulting in a weekly decline. Prices fell from 2,393.5 USD/MT (June 2) to 2,355.5 USD/MT (June 6), down 38 USD/MT or 1.59%. Compared to the previous week (reference date: May 30), prices rose slightly by 0.58%.
Gold Prices
Gold prices declined across all countries this week, with the US recording the largest drop and China showing relative stability.
China: Gold prices in China remained relatively stable, falling slightly from 782.4 CNY/g (June 3) to 782.3 CNY/g (June 6), a minimal decrease of 0.1 CNY/g or 0.01%. Compared to the previous week (reference date: May 30), prices increased by 1.57%.

United States: After a brief dip on June 3, silver prices in the US rebounded sharply—gaining over 3% on June 5 and continuing upward on June 6.
