Vanden Launches PET Recycled Resins Catalogue

July 26, 2025

According to a statement published by recycled-feedstock specialist Vanden Global, the company has released a new PET Recycled Resins & Flakes Catalogue designed to give manufacturers reliable access to certified, high-quality rPET at a time when recycled plastic supply remains under pressure. The catalogue, which Vanden says is available via its official website, lists EFSA/FDA and RecyClass-certified flakes and granules, as well as bespoke feedstock solutions.

Citing the company’s figures, Vanden has supplied more than 2 million tonnes of recycled feedstock to converters in over 45 countries since 2005. With operating hubs across Asia, Australia, Europe and the UK, the firm argues it can buffer regional shocks and maintain diversified, stable supply. “What customers need most is certainty – of volume, quality and delivery,” CEO Damien van Leuven said, according to the company’s announcement. “This catalogue showcases our technical capabilities and global reach, but more importantly, it reflects our commitment to helping customers meet recycled content targets without compromising on performance or compliance.”

What Vanden says differentiates it

Market reach and access: Operating in 13 countries, Vanden claims it can pair local sourcing with global consistency, including EFSA- and FDA‑compliant food‑grade materials.

In-house logistics & compliance: The company’s dedicated logistics and shipping team manages export, documentation and delivery end‑to‑end, which Vanden says helps maintain reliability in tight markets.

Lab-verified quality: Each catalogue product is backed by technical data sheets (TDS) and in‑house testing validation.

Technical consultancy: Vanden offers advisory services on sourcing strategy, process optimisation and feedstock investment planning.

Buy-back circularity: The company also runs a buy‑back programme for PET scrap, off-spec resins and regrind to feed back into closed‑loop supply chains and ESG targets.

What’s inside the PET catalogue

According to Vanden, the catalogue covers (among others):

EFSA/FDA food-grade flakes and granules;

RecyClass A1 and GRS-certified feedstock;

Hot caustic washed bottle flakes;

Custom rPET formulations for fibres, films and compounds.

Each listing specifies origin, certifications, intrinsic viscosity (IV), moisture, PVC threshold and other critical parameters to give buyers transparency over quality and performance.

Industry groups and price reporting agencies have repeatedly noted that demand for food-grade rPET continues to outstrip available supply as brands work toward higher recycled-content commitments and regulators tighten rules on packaging sustainability. According to recent trade association updates and market monitors, converters are seeking longer-term, technically verified contracts to secure volumes and de-risk compliance exposure. In that context, Vanden’s move to publish a detailed PET catalogue is aimed—according to the company—at locking in quality assurance and logistical certainty for buyers.

Vanden says the PET Recycled Resins & Flakes Catalogue can be downloaded from its website.
