Why can’t I view anything in the “Verification Code” section when registering?
If you don’t see anything in the “Verification Code” section, a confirmation email should have been sent to your inbox. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1) Search for the email: Look for an email with the subject “Sunshine verification code” in both your inbox and trash folders.
2) Check your email provider: Verify with your email service provider to ensure the verification email hasn’t been blocked or marked as spam.
3) Whitelist our sender: Add the sender “Sunshine” (system email) to your whitelist and try again.
4) Check inbox capacity: Ensure your inbox isn’t full. Alternatively, try using a different email address for verification.
5) Wait for the email: It may take up to 10 minutes for the verification code to arrive, depending on your email service provider. Please avoid repeatedly clicking the request button.
6) Clear cookies or use a different browser: Network issues or browser settings may affect the email delivery. Try clearing your cookies, using a different browser, or waiting and trying again later.
